Life Planner for Women: A 4-Step Framework to Resume Any Paused Goal
$9.00
Details
A 4-step life planner for resuming any paused goal — reopen, recall, right-size, and record your way back in. Instant PDF download.
You don't need another life planner that assumes you never stopped. This one is built for the opposite moment — reopening a goal you've paused, without re-planning your whole life to do it.
The 4-Step Framework walks you through four short pages, ten to twenty minutes total:
Reopen — make contact with the goal again, nothing else yet
Recall — a quick, honest read on where you left off and what's changed
Right-size — pick one task that actually fits the time you have (15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes)
Record — leave a note for the next time you come back
Also included: a reusable Restart Log for tracking every future re-entry, and a print-and-cut Quick-Reference Card to keep on your desk.
This isn't specific to any one goal — use it for a paused dissertation, a workout plan, a job search, a manuscript, a budget, or anything else you've stepped away from. It works on its own, or alongside our doctoral completion resources.
Format: Instant PDF download, 9 pages, print-ready.
You don't have to start over. You have to re-enter.
